Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus Review: A Big Leap from Fuchai 213?

Introduced by revered manufacturers, the Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus is the updated version of the original Fuchai 213.

Design-wise, the 213 Plus bears a similar look to its predecessor. However, the 213 Plus benefits from the integration of a color OLED screen and notable enhancements made to the TC capabilities.

Boasting a 223W maximum power output, the Fuchai 213 Plus is a well-constructed vape device that has enough about it to attract the interest of experienced vapers. However, like all products, it does have its fair share of problems too.

Let’s take a closer at its features.

Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus – All You Need to Know

Construction and Design

As I mentioned earlier, the Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus doesn’t deviate from its original 213 design.

The 213 Plus features a rectangular framework and has rounded corners. The OLED screen, fire button, and adjustment buttons are all placed conveniently in the front of the device, where eyes can see them.

The manufacturers have gone above and beyond to make the Fuchai 213 Plus a sturdy vaping device, using an aluminum frame and smooth carbon-fiber material to ensure the vape mod withstands harsh elements and rough use. Available for purchase in a variety of colors including orange, red, green, blue, and black, the Fuchai 213 Plus also comes with silicone covering for extra resilience and durability.

We must also applaud its 510 connector; it is gold-plated and spring-loaded to facilitate a smooth link-up between the mod and the atomizer.

Powered by two 18650 batteries, the Fuchai 213 Plus is pretty heavy. However, its ergonomic design and compact size give it a nice form, helping it fit well in your hands.

Upon close inspection of the mod, it is easy to make out that the design team laid more emphasis on making the mod durable than beautiful.

Battery Compartment

The battery door features a common design that functions well with minimum fuss.

The door looks sturdy and clicks well into place even without the batteries. When you get the batteries in, there is little resistance from the doors during opening and closing.

Inside the compartment, you will find gold-plated contacts marked with positive and negative symbols for safety and convenience.

Like all display screens on premium mods, the display screen on the Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus does an excellent job of showcasing important information about your coils and battery strength. Measuring 0.96 inches, the screen is colorful and easy-to-read; no more squinting guaranteed.

It is not a touchscreen though, so if you are looking for a touchscreen mod, you’ll just have to look elsewhere.

The LED screen changes color according to the charge left in your batteries, with the colors: white, orange, and red, representing your battery strength from high to low. The wattage indicator also functions similarly, with the same colors changing in the same order with each increase in power.

Additionally, the screen also provides information on mode, voltage, and temperature.

Using the variable wattage mode

You’ll be able to use the Fuchai 213 Plus in VW mod, which means a vaping wattage up to 223W.

To use this feature, you’d need to simply head to the menu and enter your preferred wattage using the adjustment buttons. You can access the mode menu by pressing the fire button thrice as swiftly as possible.

Performance-wise, you won’t have much to complain about. The mod is as reactive as it gets; it sends power to the coil in a flash and operates smoothly with a variety of setups.

Its preheat setting that gives users control over the wattage also has admirers lining up.

Using the temperature control mode

The Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus is regarded as a versatile mod because of its compatibility with all types of coils including titanium, nickel, and stainless steel.

The TC vaping experience is equally outstanding with all the coil types. You can adjust the temperature between 100 and 300 degrees Celsius.

To ensure flawless performance in Temperature Control (TC) mode, enable the resistance lock function.

To use the function, simply press and hold the two adjustment buttons until an option to lock the coil makes its way to the screen. Select the option to facilitate an efficient and consistent performance in the TC mode.

Safety Components

The creators fully comprehend the importance of creating a safe mod. They have devoted a good chunk of their time developing a safety regulation unit that prevents the vaping device from overheating, exploding, and combusting.

The Fuchai 213 Plus comes with safety features for short circuit, over current, overheat, overload, reverse battery, low voltage, low resistance, and no-load protection.

The inclusion of a safety locking switch on the mod boosts safety even more, preventing the activation of the mod unintentionally. To operate the lock switch, simply press the fire button five times.

  • Noteworthy safety features

  • The lock/unlock function doesn’t respond at times

The Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus is a dual-battery mod that works similarly to its predecessors. However, unlike them, the 213 Plus supports a color LED display and benefits from an enhanced TC mode.

Priced fairly moderately, the Fuchai 213 Plus is an excellent option for those looking for a wonderful vaping experience without paying over the odds.

The predecessors of the Sigelei Fuchai 213 Plus faced plenty of flak for auto-firing and having a difficult-to-use display; these problems have been solved with the 213 Plus.

Of course, there are better mods available. However, considering its price tag, the Fuchai 213 Plus is among the best vaping devices in its price range.
