The Aspire Revvo Tank measures up to 45mm (1.8 inches) in height and 24mm (0.9inches) in width. These dimensions make the Revvo fit perfectly into most available vape mods. Its construction and bodywork are made of stainless steel and glass just like other tanks meant for sub-ohm vaping.
It is textured and bevelled to give you a better grip on the airflow ring as you unscrew. The lower section has a smooth feel as you attach it to a mod. The drip tip and tank section are separated by a centre ring.
To allow for greater control of airflow, the Aspire Tank has three adjustable air slots on either side. Any adjustment made on one slot applies to the other slots automatically.
A noticeable difference between the Aspire Revvo Tank and other vape tanks is the fill port. The fill tube is spring-loaded. So filling the tank takes place without having to open your assembly. To fill the tank, a bottlenose is inserted, pressed down on the spring-loaded fill tube, and squeezed. As you fill the tank, you do not have to worry about any leaks as a tight seal forms as the fill tube presses around the dripper.
The Aspire Radial Coil
Inside the Aspire Revvo, it looks like an RDTA because of the placement of the bottom tank section directly below the atomizer heads. How then do the cotton wicks get juice?
The Aspire Revvo has a flat disc shape and doesn’t allow natural juicing of the wick. You will have to tilt your tanks and mods to keep the wicks wet and well juiced. Some vapers even go as far as turning the whole assembly upside down to fully saturate the wicks. It isn’t really necessary though as the natural tilt of vaping seems to give the wick optimum wetness.
No Leaks
A great point to note here is that even if you choose to turn your mod on its side or upside down to wet the wick, the Aspire Revvo doesn’t leak a drop. You would think that since you refill the tank without opening it, it would at least leak a little, but that is not the case with the Aspire Revvo. Comparing this with other sub-ohm tanks, it is a big plus because most other tanks would leak at least a little.
Great Vapor
This single-coil design of the Aspire Revvo gives a lot of power and produces thick clouds as if you are using a dual coil RDA. The surface area of the coil and exposed wick make its vapour production really impressive. You can puff for as long as you desire without having any wicking issue.
The coil gets pretty hot during heavy use but the mouthpiece remains cool to the lips. You can still comfortably vape and produce those thick clouds without discomfort or burning your lips.
Performance
Not having to open up the tank for a refill makes using this tank comfortable. You do not have to turn your mod over before your wick gets juiced up. Just the slight tilting from the natural vaping process gives enough juice to give you good hits and great vapour.
It is easy to replace the cotton with new threads when the fabric is worn out and causes the flavour to change. You can get continuous good performance from the Aspire Revvo for a long time. It is a good value for your money.
For the best results, you should consider vaping at 80 – 85W as the Aspire Revvo vapes best in that range with most mods, giving off thick clouds and great flavours. The airflow and ease of drag make the overall experience even more interesting.
