Best RDA Clones 2020 – Reviews & Top Picks

Clones are usually made in Chinese factories and look similar to the authentic products but available at just about 1/4 of their price or a little more.

While they may not perform exceptionally like the authentic ones, they do get the job done. The best ones could even surprise you for the value for money that they bring along.

While I do not recommend using a clone product since it is unethical and violates the integrity of vaping, I also know that sometimes there just isn’t any other option available.

The RDA (Rebuildable Dripping Atomizer) that you want to buy could take weeks to be delivered and you may not want to be away from vaping for so long. In situations like these, an RDA clone sold at a very cheap price may be worth buying.

However, never spend too much money on a clone because it just won’t be worth it no matter how tempting the product is.

To help you out, I have listed five of the best RDA clones available on the market. Take a look, take your pick, and vape on!

Top 5 Best RDA Clones 2020 – Our Reviews:

I am not going to list any cons for these products, because the products themselves are a con. I will list out a few reasons to buy for each product though.

1. Kindbright Basic Style

Kindbright is one of the leading clone-making companies that build quality products. Basic Style clones the most sought after 5A’s Basic RDA, which is a high-end atomizer that earned a good reputation for being one of the best on market.

This RDA clone has a unique airflow design that hits the coil from either top or side based on how the coil is positioned. This design makes Basic Style a leakproof RDA and a great choice for squonk mods

Available in Silver and Black and featuring an Ultem Drip Tip, this clone is capable of producing massive clouds and enhanced flavors—all for under $15, so not bad at all!

Reasons to Buy:

  • Ultem Drip Tip
  • Sturdy stainless steel build
  • Compatible with squonk mods
  • Smooth airflow
  • Enhanced flavors
  • Produces good vape clouds

2. SXK Kennedy 24

SXK is one of the all-time great RDAs that is sadly no longer manufactured. However, its clone SXK Kennedy 24 is a good quality product that performs almost as good as its original.

While the original had a base of 22mm diameter, this clone is larger and has a 24mm base. With well-built two-post decks and a stainless steel build, Kennedy 24 did not compromise much on quality.

It also has a 6.5” deep juice well and a stainless steel drip tip. When you buy this product, the kit also comes with some spare O-rings, which is pretty neat.

SXK Kennedy 24 is available in Silver, Brass, and Copper colors. While the Silver one is available for under $13, Brass and Copper are on sale for less than $9!

Reasons to Buy:

  • Sturdy stainless steel build

  • Good quality product
  • Deep juice well
  • Spare O-rings

3. YFTK Haku Phenom Style

Cloning the authentic Haku Phenom RDA which is a high-end atomizer and available in limited stock, YFTK Haku Phenom Style performs like the original and is easily available. This clone offers good quality vaping for chain smokers since it never gets too hot.

Featuring a Delrin Drip Tip and a single two-post build deck, this RDA clone also has adjustable airflow. The angular airflow ports allow airflow to travel to the side and bottom of the coil resulting in stunning flavor production.

Plus, there are plenty of drip tips and top caps compatible with this clone that you can use to customize.

This product is available in Silver at a price as low as $10!

Reasons to Buy:

4. Gorgon RDCA

The authentic SvoeMesto Gorgon is available on the market for over $110, while its clone Gorgon RDCA is available for just under $17! RDCA is known for its Customizability (the added C stands for it) and looks exactly like the original.

Featuring two-post and clamping velocity decks, the base of this clone is 1mm higher than the original and stands at 26mm diameter. Take note—the clone’s design managed to retain the aesthetic appeal of the original along with all 12 airflow valves!

Gorgon RDCA is available in Silver.

Featuring a Delrin Drip Tip that comes with an insulator and an adjustable airflow, Zenith V2 has an adjustable 510 connection in brass for a great vaping experience. The 24mm base and stainless steel construction make this a quality product that could last long.

Conclusion

I strongly do not recommend clones for beginners. Using a clone requires in-depth knowledge of how the circuit works and a thorough understanding of the risk factors.

In any case, if you want to use an RDA clone, ensure that you use it only on a vape mod from a highly reputable, reliable, and safe brand.

That way at least, the chances of accidental firing significantly drop because the mod would be able to give you all the signals and warnings should there be any trouble with your RDA. With cheap mods, this is not possible, and that leads to several unnecessary firing accidents.
